Service access may be governed by a separate agreement (Master Services Agreement or MSA), which prevails in case of conflict with these Terms.
Use of Services
You agree to use our platform and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Access, use, or extract data from the platform for unauthorized purposes
- Copy, reverse engineer, or modify any component of the platform
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement
Limitation of Liability

- IDYC360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee platform uptime, uninterrupted access, or error-free performance
- Total liability under any circumstance will not exceed the total amount paid to us in the past 12 months under the applicable service agreement

Disclaimer of Warranties
Our platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:
- The platform will meet your specific operational, compliance, or regulatory needs
- That any reports or alerts generated are definitive risk judgements
- That the system will be free from disruptions, bugs, or vulnerabilities
You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information provided by the platform.
